Reject hides and tannery remnants are assessed for usable leather sections.

Good sections from existing products can become the starting point for a new design.
What it means
We use reclaimed and recycled leather in new products. Panels are recovered from old jackets and leather, then matched, cut and stitched again.
Our intent is to give good leather another life. We do not publish impact savings, certifications or recycled-content percentages.
Know the difference
Real leather panels are recovered from existing pieces and used whole in new products. Each panel keeps its own grain and character.
Leather fibre is shredded and bound into a sheet. This is a separate material. We do not claim every product is bonded, mechanically recycled or 100% recycled.
Sourcing

We name no locations and promise no country-wide pickups. Damaged or unsuitable material is not automatically usable.
Indicative process
These steps are a guide. Specific preparation is confirmed per batch.
Old leather jackets and leather arrive from worldwide sources, local markets, local tanneries, leftover cuts and damaged skins.
Every piece is checked for strength, surface and size. Damaged or unsuitable material is set aside.
Linings, stitching and hardware are removed and usable panels are cleaned and prepared.
Panels are matched by colour, thickness and grain, then planned into a pattern.
The panels are cut and stitched in our Lahore factory to your specification.
Finished pieces are inspected for seams, surface and consistency.
Material, preparation and finish are confirmed with you for the specific batch.
